1. How Users Can Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by any of the following methods:

• Submit a support request from inside your MSGFLOW dashboard

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Once we receive a verified data deletion request, we will delete the following:

• User account details (name, email, phone number)
• Connected WhatsApp Business data
• Messages, logs, campaign records, and templates created in MSGFLOW
• Any stored media or analytics associated with your account

3. Data That Cannot Be Deleted Automatically

Certain data stored by external third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp Business API, Facebook servers, etc.) may not be deleted by MSGFLOW directly. In such cases, users must request deletion from the respective service provider.

4. Verification Process

To protect your account, we may require identity verification before fulfilling the deletion request. This prevents unauthorized deletion.

5. Timeline for Deletion

Data deletion will be completed within 7–30 business days after verification of the request.
