These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of MSGFLOW (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the platform”). By creating an account or using MSGFLOW, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MSGFLOW, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into binding agreements. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Service Description
MSGFLOW provides tools for businesses to:
Connect their WhatsApp Business API accounts
Send and manage WhatsApp message templates, flows, and campaigns
Track analytics, delivery reports, and communication logs
Manage contacts, automation, and integrations
We act as a technology provider and do not represent Meta or WhatsApp.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use MSGFLOW only for lawful business purposes
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Ensure your WhatsApp messages comply with WhatsApp Business Policy
Not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized messaging
You are solely responsible for all messages sent through your WhatsApp Business Account.
4. WhatsApp Business API Compliance
You must follow all guidelines set by Meta, including:
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
WhatsApp Commerce Policy
WhatsApp Opt-in requirements
WhatsApp Template and Quality guidelines
We may suspend or block your account if you violate Meta policies.
5. Fees and Payments
MSGFLOW may charge subscription fees or usage-based fees.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta (not MSGFLOW).
6. Data Handling & Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using MSGFLOW, you consent to the collection and processing of:
Account data
WhatsApp metadata
Templates and contact information
We do not sell or misuse your data.
We only process WhatsApp data for delivering your messages through Meta.
7. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
You violate these Terms or WhatsApp policies
You engage in abusive or illegal activities
Payment failures occur
Abuse of API resources is detected
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:
100% uptime
Absence of technical errors
Delivery of all messages (since delivery depends on WhatsApp/Meta and user devices)
We are not liable for disruptions caused by networks, third-party providers, or Meta APIs.
9. Limitation of Liability
MSGFLOW is not responsible for:
Loss of business, profits, or reputation
Delayed or failed WhatsApp message delivery
Incorrect usage of the platform by users
Data loss due to user error or external factors
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 3 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MSGFLOW harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
Misuse of the platform
Violation of WhatsApp policies
Illegal or unauthorized messaging
Your business activities conducted through MSGFLOW
11. Third-Party Services
MSGFLOW integrates with Meta/WhatsApp and other third-party systems.
We are not responsible for changes, failures, or policy updates by these services.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, and features of MSGFLOW are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective once posted.
Continued use of MSGFLOW means you accept the updated Terms.
